4. TEXT MESSAGE (SMS) COMMUNICATIONS

Florida has its own, stricter telemarketing law (the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, Fla. Stat. § 501.059) in addition to the federal TCPA, and the FCC's "one-to-one consent" rule (effective January 27, 2025) requires that consent to receive automated marketing texts be obtained separately for each sender. We handle text consent accordingly:

• Confidential information shared with us in the course of representation is protected consistent with our fiduciary duties under Florida real estate license law (Fla. Stat. Ch. 475) and is disclosed only as necessary to complete a transaction, with your consent, or as legally required.

8. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
